How do I book a transfer?

How do I find my driver at the airport or port?

At the airport (Fiumicino or Ciampino):

After you've collected your luggage from baggage claim, please follow the signs directing you to "NCC Limo Service." These signs will lead you directly to our designated meeting point within the arrivals hall. Your driver will be waiting for you there, holding a welcome board clearly displaying your name.

At the port (Civitavecchia):

Upon disembarkation from your ship, your driver will be waiting for you directly at the pier, just by the ship. They will be holding a welcome board with your name on it, making them easy to identify.

  • In both cases, we recommend keeping your phone turned on and readily available, in case your driver needs to contact you.
  • We strive to make your pickup as smooth and efficient as possible.
  • Our staff will check flights and organize your arrival or departure
  • You don't need to worry about driving.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Free Cancellation

CiaoTransfer's cancellation and modification policy permits changes or cancellations to bookings without charge, provided such requests are received no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Requests for cancellations or modifications received within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Free changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before your transfer.
  • If you need to make a last-minute change less than 24 hours before departure, we’ll do our best to accommodate it (additional fees may apply).
  • Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a fee.

Free waiting time

Free Waiting Time Policy

At CiaoTransfer, we understand that travel can sometimes involve unexpected delays. To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, we offer complimentary waiting time as follows:

  • Airport Pickups: We provide 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time of your flight. This allows ample time for baggage claim and customs procedures.
  • Hotel, Port, Train Station, and Other Locations: For pickups at hotels, ports, train stations, or any other specified location, we offer 15 minutes of free waiting time from your scheduled pickup time.

We strive to make your transfer as seamless as possible, and our free waiting time policy is designed to provide you with flexibility and peace of mind.

  • We closely monitor flight and cruise arrival times to ensure our drivers are present when you arrive.
  • Please note that waiting time beyond these allowances may incur additional charges.
