How do I find my driver at the airport or port?

At the airport (Fiumicino or Ciampino):

After you've collected your luggage from baggage claim, please follow the signs directing you to "NCC Limo Service." These signs will lead you directly to our designated meeting point within the arrivals hall. Your driver will be waiting for you there, holding a welcome board clearly displaying your name. At the port (Civitavecchia):

Upon disembarkation from your ship, your driver will be waiting for you directly at the pier, just by the ship. They will be holding a welcome board with your name on it, making them easy to identify.
